He holds a Masters Degree in Higher Education from the Harvard Graduate School of Education and is excited to welcome you to UCI through the Summer Start program, and to provide you with a substantive experience that will serve as your foundation at UCI as you complete your degree.

Laurie joined the Summer Session team as a student after participating in the UCI Summer Session Travel-Study Switzerland program in 2006 and is now a graduate of UCI with a B.S. degree in Economics, and an emphasis in Anthropology. Laurie brings her personal experience of being a student at UCI, and her involvement in on-campus activities, to the team. Laurie is also familiar with Irvine and the surrounding areas, and stands ready to share a wealth of experience regarding student life.
