Pre-Departure Requirements

After enrollment, students will receive an email with more detailed information about the pre-departure requirements for their program. Here is a general list of what to expect:

• Payment of remaining program fees (see “Payments” section for more details)
  
• Completed Certification of Good Standing form
  
• Completed country-specific registration form
  
• One scanned jpeg of the front page of your signed passport or three color photocopies. For students applying for new passports, allow at least 12 weeks for your passport application to be fully processed. PLEASE PLAN ACCORDINGLY!
  
• Recent passport photos from a commercial establishment such as the UCI Passport Office, Kinkos, Rite Aid, CVS, and certain UPS stores. Photo size and quality specifications are strict, and you cannot submit photos that are printed from your own digital camera. The number of required photos will vary by program.
  
• Roommate Request (where applicable)
  
• Dietary restrictions

Deadline

May 1st (Session I programs)
June 1st (Session II programs)

Deadlines are strict. Failure to submit all required pre-departure material by the deadline may result in enrollment cancellation without refund.
